Final race before the chase winner locks in a spot guys below 16th will try for the win.

This race has been run in July now September looking to see how the cooler temps affect the track conditions if at all

My rank in Parentheses per group and these are my thoughts pre practice and qualifying

Driver Breakdown

Top 3

Kyle Busch (1) is my top play going into the week, won 2 of last 3 races and should have won last year.  Over the last 4 races he’s averaged 63.8 laps led and 35 fast laps both the highest by a long shot.

Kevin Harvick (2) comes in behind Kyle he has a higher average finish than kyle at 5.8 to 9.5 but this is skewed by the wreck last year for kyle.  Kevin has averaged 11 fast laps and 21.8 laps led both second to the 18 car.

Martin Truex Jr. (3) comes in a distant third this week.  Although the news of him knowing where he is going and staying in the Toyota camp will help him I believe.  With and average finish here of f17.5 and only 8.3 fast laps and 2 laps led.  He brings up the rear of the big 3.

Other top plays

Joey Logano (1) this is a track that the Penske camp wants to win on bad for their owner, who has never won here in Cup but has like 800 Indy 500 wins. Logano has an average finish here of 4.5 which is tied for the best in the series. He has also led laps here and has averaged the 5th best DK points.

Brad Keselowski (2) see above, averaging 13.8 laps led over the last 4 is the 4th best in the series and hes coming off winning the Southern 500.

Joe Gibbs Camp (3) the 20 car has been the second best car here over the last 4 races averaging 56.75 DK points the last 4 (was with Kenseth) Hamlin and Suarez have been awesome here also over the last 4 ranking 6th and 7th respectively in DK points over the last four races. Both averge finish of 7 here, although suarez only has 1 race here.

Other guys I like this week

Kyle Larson

Jimmie Johnson

Austin Dillon

Ryan Newman

Kasey Kahne ( loved him this week but is not racing now Regan Smith is filling in)

Punts

Chris Buescher (1) is my top punt of the week he has run 2 races here and has averaged 45 DK points in those races with an average finish of 11.5. pending qualifying I love this play

Ty Dillon (3) scored a 19th place finish in last years wreck fest but RCR has shown more speed in recent weeks

AJ Allmendinger (2) gets around flats tracks very well he has averaged 31 DK points over the last 4 and an average finish of 22.3

My Fades

Kurt Busch over the last four has averaged an 11th place starting spot and 20.3 finishing spot while averaging only 14.5 DK points

Ricky Stenhouse Jr has an average finish of 26.5 and only scoring 13 DK on average.
