2018 Fantasy Baseball Shortsop Rankings

After checking out the second base rankings, we head to shortstop. The shortstop position is a gambler’s paradise. You have your top tier players in Trea Turner, Carlos Correa and Francisco Lindor. Then there are some pretty solid players in Alex Bregman, Corey Seager and Elvis Andrus. After that it gets dicier and dicier as you go down the list. There are definitely players you could see having huge years, or players that may help in certain categories where other players would help in others. After the Top 25 there are a ton of young players that could easily be on lists as we approach the season. Players like Franklin Barreto, Gleyber Torres and J.P. Crawford. I left off players like Manny Machado (will be ranked at 3B) and Chris Taylor (Ranked at 2B). Then there are even names like Troy Tulowitzki, Ben Zobrist, Asdrubal Cabrera and others that didn’t make the cut. The shortstop position is very deep, but is a gamble unlike second base which seems to be deep but more stable. Now lets see what we have for the early 2018 Fantasy Baseball Shortstop Rankings.
