EPL DFS Week 1 Saturday Stack
The Premier League returns for soccer fans and degenerate gamblers around the globe this weekend, with excitement prevalent ahead of the 2018-19 campaign here is a look at a few teams to stack in Saturday mornings DFS slate.
Fulham – The Cottagers host Crystal Palace, who have not fared well on the opening weekend losing three of their last four games, including a 3-0 beat down by Huddersfield last season. Midfielder Ryan Sessegnon has the ability to get Fulham off to a winning start. The 18-year-old remains in west London despite interest from several blue chip Premier League clubs following his stunning season in the Championship. Beat writers around the team have reported a step up in quality for Sessegnon, with the arrival of veteran midfielder Andre Schurrle from Borussia Dortmund. Striker Aleksander Mitrovic is a solid inexpensive scoring option in most DFS formats. The Serbian scored 12 goals in 17 matches for Fulham last season.
-Fulham 2-1 Crystal Palace
Bournemouth – The Cherries are looking for their first opening round win in their current Premier League stint having lost to Aston Villa, Manchester United and West Brom in the past three seasons. They have a great shot this year opening up against newly promoted Cardiff City. Midfielder Lewis Cook was in brilliant form last season and he has been linked with a move to Tottenham over the summer. At just 21, he has developed in to an all-round player after his second full campaign in the top-flight. Cook’s range of passing and ability to sniff out danger will be key in this matchup. Forward Joshua King found his game in the 2nd half of last season netting 6 goals and setting up another 3. King ranked 2nd last season in attempted assist. This is a huge three points for the Cherries with most of the talking heads placing them in the relegation zone going into the season.
-Bournemouth 2-0 Cardiff City
