NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks

Get ready for the opening weekend NFL Playoffs action with the NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks.

NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks

The guys of SD and some outside contributors wanted to get you ready for the 4 NFL Wild Card Weekend games with their NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks. The betting lines in each game may have changed since the picks were made (lines were from Wednesday) so take that as it is and if you have questions feel free to ask. (Listen to Benched with Bubba EP62 with Adam Burke of BangtheBook Radio breaking down every game as well.)

Ten vs KC (KC -9, O/U 44)

When it comes to the first AFC Wild Card game, the majority feel the Kansas City Chiefs will advance. 4 of the guys think they will advance easily while 3 think the Tennessee Titans keep it within the number. The same can be said about the total as it’s split as well. This is definitely a tricky game and maybe a game to it and watch or live bet.

ATL vs LAR (LAR -6.5, O/U 48.5)

The first NFC Wild Card Game of the weekend takes place in LA, yep LA has a playoff game as the Rams were very impressive this season as they won the NFL West. They are nearly a Touchdown favorite (the line has dropped a bit since then) and most of the guys think the Falcons will keep this close. This has the making of a very good football game and should be a great way to wrap up Saturday Night (or get it started…).

BUF vs JAX (JAX -9, O/U 39.5)

Out of all the NFL Wild Card Weekend games this weekend, the Bills/Jags game is probably the least exciting. It’s awesome that both these franchises made the playoffs and all, but this could be a snooze fest (hopefully not). The Bills have a chance to keep it close as you can run on the Jags, but that comes to an end if LeSean McCoy doesn’t play. All the guys feel the Jags win outright, but most think the Bills cover and that’s almost entirely on the fact McCoy plays (pick could change without Shady).

CAR vs NO (NO -7, O/U 48)

The NFL Wild Card Weekend finale takes us to New Orleans for a NFC South clash. The Panthers and Saints obviously know each other well and in the two meetings this season, the Saints dominated. The Panthers come limping into the playoffs with one of the worst receiving cores in the playoffs and will need Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey to lead the offense. Drew Brees hasn’t had to do much this season with Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara leading the way. This has the potential to be a Saints beat down or a back and forth shootout.

There you have it. The NFL Wild Card Weekend Picks for all 4 games. Special thanks to the guys for their picks and good luck to all this weekend. Enjoy the action.
