NHL DFS 11/16

Get ready for tonight's massive DraftKings slate with the NHL DFS 11/16.

We got a Massive 12 game slate tonight with some good matchups across the board so let’s jump right into some players to target and teams to stack tonight.

3 stars

Steven Stamkos ($7700) Tampa Bay Lightning – Tampa takes on Dallas with former net minder Ben Bishop between the pipes. Stamkos holds an NHL-best 23 assists along with 30 points. As a team, the Lightning lead the league with 3.9 goals per game, helped by a power play that ranks as the NHL’s second-best, converting 28.6 percent of their opportunities.

Logan Couture ($6100) San Jose Shark – San Jose goes for its 7th win in 8 games as they take on the Florida Panthers tonight in San Jose. In 16 games Couture has shown to be a lethal scorer for the sharks in all situations. The center is coming off back to back games with a point, putting him with 15 points on the year.

Taylor Hall ($7100) New Jersey Devils – The Devils are on the road for the second straight game when the team makes a stop at the Toronto Maple Leafs. New Jersey is looking to extend their current winning streak to three games after outscoring the Chicago Blackhawks 7-5 on Sunday. Hall has been very reliable this season, recording 19 points through the first 17 contests.

Teams to Stack

Pittsburg Penguins – The Pens head to Ottawa with some momentum after an impressive comeback win in overtime over the Sabers Tuesday night. The 3rd line of Conor Sheary ($5000) -Riley Seahan ($3200)- Patric Hornqvist ($5700) was impressive Tuesday night posting a combined 18 fantasy points. The 3rd line is built on skill and speed, which will give Ottawa’s blue line fits tonight. The pens roll and the 3rd lines continues to flourish.

LA Kings – The Kings host Boston who has been consistently abysmal on the road this season. The Bruins fell to 0-3-2 in their last five and 1-4-2 overall away from home when they kicked off their four-game road trip Wednesday with a 4-1 loss at Anaheim. Winger Dustin Brown ($5600) is back to his form from the Kings cup runs, he is second on the team with 18 points and has recorded two goals and three assists during his 4 game point streak. Tyler Toffoli ($5500) is averaging 3 shot on goal in the last 6 games. Anze Kopitar ($6800) could easily could be the anchor in your lineup tonight riding a 9 game point streak. Take the Kings take the over.

Goalie of the Night

Connor Hellebuyck ($7900) Winnipeg Jets – One of the cheaper plays tonight but I like Hellebuyck and the Jets getting the W against the Flyers at home. The jets net minder has been one of the stories of the early NHL season, posting a 9-1-2 record, .930 save percentage and 2.32 goals against average. The Flyers have been shut out 5 times this season and have not scored a goal in the last 156 minutes of play.
