NHL DFS Preview 1/6
It’s an action packed day of sports today we got NFL playoffs, some big conference matchups in college hoops, and a 7 game NHL slate tonight. Today we are featuring 3 teams to stack in DFS play to help you put some cash in your pocket.
Boston Bruins – Boston has been dominant at both ends of the ice leading to a (16-3-2) over their last 21 games. Boston has rattled off wins in 7 of 8 games where they have outscored the opposition 30-6 in the wins. The Bruins will be well rested for the Hurricanes Saturday night after the Bomb Cyclone postponed a Thursday night game with Florida. Goaltender Anton Khudobin ($8200) is my goalie of the night, he is (8-2-3) with a 2.48 goals against average. Winger David Pastrnak ($6600) has posted 4 points and 14 shot in his last 5 contest. Danton Heinen ($4500) is a nice cheap value play on the B’s, the winger gas 6 points in his last 4 games. On the Blue line Charlie McAvoy ($4700) is riding a 2 game point streak.
Toronto Maple Leafs – Leafs host a scuffling Canucks club, who dropped a 5-0 decision to Anaheim on Tuesday to fall to 2-9-1 in their last 12 games overall. Forward Auston Matthews ($7800) reclaimed sole possession of the team lead in goals (18) by scoring for the fourth time in five games last time out. 3rd line winger Mitch Marner ($5000) has 11 assists in his last 13 games. On the blue line Morgan Rielly ($5100) has 2 points and 13 shots in his last 3 contest.
Calgary Flames – The Ducks visit the Flames who are starting to heat up at the right time, Calgary has picked up 5 points in the last 3 games including a 4-3 win over the LA Kings Thursday night. Center Sean Monahan ($6000) has a 2 points in each of his last 2 games. The Flames have two cheap wingers that have been really impressive in the last few weeks, Micheal Ferland ($4200) has 3 points and 9 shots in his last 3 contest and Matthew Tkachuk ($4900) has 5 points in his last 4.
