NHL Total & Puckline Bets for November 27th
Season Record: 40-38-4 (-2.18u)
The first game on today’s card is the Sens/Flyers over 6.5 (-130). These ottawa overs are very fun to bet, but at the same time, they can always fall one goal short of the full game over 6 or 6.5. For Example, Yesterday v. the NYR, the total was set at 6.5, and score was 1-1 going into the 3p, with 4 goals. The auto OVER 5.5 hit, but the full game over 6.5 did not. This matchup, we take the over 6.5, the Senators are using backup netminder, McKenna and the Flyers are using Stolarz. McKenna has allowed 12 goals on 87 shots (.862 SV%). Whereas Stolarz, is making his first start since 2017. A large time frame for Stolarz to face actual top calibre players. I expect him to make plenty of mistakes today, and same with McKenna. Over 6.5 is a great bet here, and considering the ottawa trend, we are in good shape.
The next bet on the slate is the Lightning -1.5 PL (+110). Tampa at home 10-3 this year, and 9 straight of their home wins have come by the puckline. This is a great bet, consdiering the form of the anaheim ducks and the form of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Anaheim Ducks have been abysmal on the road this season, unable to generate any offense, and losing 6 straight road games, scoring 7 goals in total in all 6 games. The Ducks are in need of a big offensive change, and need it bad. The edge goes to the Lightning here, as they are the more offensively talented team, and are not struggling to find goals like the Ducks.
The Final bet of hte day is the Predators over 6 (Ev). The Predators are a strong team at home this season. They have won 9/12 games at home this year, and have scored atleast 3 goals in 10/12 home games. While the Avalanche have been red hot. Their top line of Rantanen, McKinnon and Landeskog have tallied a league high 99 points amongst the three. The three forwards are proving a name for themselves, and are a threat whenever on the ice. On the road, the avalanche, have fought their opponents well. Scoring 3 goals or more in 10/13 road games. So there are today’s three plays. Another over-friendly card, and lets look for a big day to start the week.
