Season Record: 35-38-4 (-6.18u)
Today we have 4 plays on the card today, two of them in the same game. The first game we have is the Canadiens and Devils over 5.5 (-125). The devils see Nico Hischier return to the line-up today, and he is a big-time boost for their offense. The Devils at home, are a work horse team. The devils have scored 3 goals in 8/9 home games, as I mention before, its always a huge boost knowing that one of the teams will score 2 or 3 goals in a game with a total of 5.5. THe Canadiens, on the road have been great, Carey Price has stood tall behind the pipes on the road. THe Canadiens, have given him the goal support too, the team has scored 3 goals in 8/10 road games. With a total set at 5.5, it kind of scares me again, as I hate waiting on an empty netter to bail us out. But with the stats and number these teams can put up, we got to hit the over 5.5 at a sweet price of (-120) too. Next two plays are Wild PL (+110) and Over 6 (-120). You may get sick and tired of hearing this, I know my friends do, but the Sens over 5.5 this season is 18-3, that is an outstanding over record to back. With an 85% success rate of getting 6 goals in a game, I am not worried about settling for the push, as I would be more than glad to do so, but would love for it to hit. The Wild -1.5, well this is one of my rare bets, I hardly hit puckline bets, but considering the senators road record, this is one of the bets that is hard to pass up on. Ottawa is 1-6 SU in its last 7 games on the road, you may be thinking “Well this does not explain the Puckline bet”, well let me stop you there with ANOTHER stat. The Wild are 4-1 ATS in its last 5 games when playing Ottawa. This will help us and give us the extra boost of confidence when taking the PL. Now finally, the Flames over 6 (-115). Here we have a flames team, who are coming off a MONSTER win against the Knights, netting 7 goals at home, and we were on the Over 5.5. What an easy play that was, well today, we will do the same, the Flames are at home and host the Winnipeg jets. The jets are a powerhouse depth team, and the numbers show it, as they have scored 61 goals this season in 19 games, for an average of 3.2 goals per game. The flames, on the other hand, also average 3.2 goals per game. As well, their over 5.5 has a win rate of 90% at home. So buckle down, and get ready to see some goals today.
